Overview

Wings 4 Growth is a specialist Alternative Provision supporting young people aged 5–25 through personalised SEMH mentoring, therapeutic support, academic tuition, vocational learning, life-skills development, employability pathways, and SEND- specialist interventions. Our provision is trauma-informed, relationship-led and delivered by staff with expertise in Autism (ASC/PDA), SEMH, ADHD, SLCN, EBSA, dyslexia, care- experienced young people and those at risk of exclusion or NEET. We offer flexible delivery: on-site, outreach, community-based and online. New for 2025–26, we also offer Specialist Personal Training & Lifestyle Coaching (Ages 16–25) delivered by a certified Level 3 Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer, focused on confidence, physical wellbeing, structure, motivation and goal- driven progression.
