Overview
Apricot is an online trauma informed alternative education provider. We offer live, interactive lessons with qualified specialist teachers primarily for students with medical and mental health needs. While our first remit is academic learning, we pay attention to the whole child and actively seek to increase student confidence, resilience, and learning behaviours. Apricot provides national curriculum in most subjects from KS2–KS5, as well as Entry Level and Functional Skills. We provide a dozen interactive subscriptions for students at no additional cost (e.g., MyMaths, ScienceBits, Doddle, eChalk, etc.). Apricot’s online lessons are accessed through both an interactive learning platform and dedicated online classrooms – so there are no travel costs.
