- Is the basic listing really free?
- Yes — a free listing with your name, description, location, categories and contact details is always available, and essential discovery is never put behind a paywall.
- Does paying for a featured placement improve my organic search ranking?
- No. Featured/sponsored placements appear in a clearly labelled separate slot and never affect organic relevance ranking, which is based on filter match, distance, needs match and similar factors.
- What information will I need to provide to claim a listing?
- Your relationship to the organisation, a contact email (ideally matching the organisation's domain), and some basic organisation details. An admin reviews every claim before it's approved.
