AP Directory

Find the right provision faster, without compromising privacy

Built for SENCOs, DSLs, Heads of Inclusion, AP leads, pastoral and attendance teams. Search a genuinely broad directory of provision, match it against a specific learner's requirements, and keep a clear record — without ever needing to store a child's full name on the platform.

Step 1

Create an anonymous case

Record a learner's requirements using an alias like "Year 10 — Photography / EBSA" — never a full name or identifiable details.

Step 2

Get explainable matches

See providers ranked by how many of your specific requirements they meet, with a clear breakdown — never an opaque "AI recommends" score.

Step 3

Shortlist and compare

Build a shortlist and compare providers side-by-side on distance, needs, delivery, subjects, qualifications, availability and funding.

Step 4

Enquire directly

Send an enquiry without including confidential medical or identifiable student information — the provider follows up securely.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to search?
No — anyone can search and browse the full directory without an account. An account is only needed to save providers, build shortlists, create cases and track enquiries.
What information should I avoid entering about a student?
Avoid full names, medical records, EHCP documents and home addresses. Use an alias or initials plus year group and key needs, e.g. "Year 9 — SEMH".
Does a strong match percentage mean a provider is clinically suitable?
No — match percentages describe how many of your stated requirements a provider meets on paper. They are not a clinical or professional suitability judgement, and don't replace your own assessment and due diligence.
