To enable young people to reconnect to learning through building positive working relationships with trusted adults. To support young people to access learning that will enable them to make positive choices in their life. James has worked with young people and their families for over 25 years, including as an Executive Headteacher of a special school and Alternative Provision Service. James also is the Chief Executive Officer of two Independent Special Schools in the Southwest.
