Overview
For 26 years, Teaching Personnel has provided tutors for schools, local authorities and Alternative Provision settings, delivering managed end-to-end tuition programmes. TP Tutors was developed in 2020 to provide a dedicated tutoring service to support: Academic mentoring – small-group and one-to-one tutoring in core academic subjects Creative mentoring – to provide personal attention and pastoral support needed to re-engage children with learning Learning support – staff to help boost attendance, emotional wellbeing and engagement with learning. Learning Support Workers will also aid pupils with transition back into mainstream education. Specialist SEND support – trained SEND specialists to support learners' needs TP Tutors support pupils who cannot attend or cope with full-time mainstream school and offer additional support for pupils in full-time mainstream edu
