Overview

Horses for Wellbeing provides ground-based Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) sessions for children and young people who struggle with anxiety, low confidence, social-emotional challenges, or SEND. Our sessions offer a calm, structured, and hands-on approach, helping participants develop confidence, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience through interaction with horses. Set in a gorgeous 15-acre facility, we are home to a herd of six beautiful horses, creating a peaceful and nature-rich environment where young people can engage in experiential learning and personal growth. We offer personalized 1:1 and small group sessions, ensuring each child receives the support they need. Our setting includes a dedicated sensory room, a safe outdoor environment, and adapted activities to accommodate a wide range of needs.
