Overview

Teaching/tutoring for children and young people aged 5 – 16 in any of the following National Curriculum subjects: English, maths, science (biology, chemistry, physics), geography, history, MFL, art and design, citizenship, RE. Music for primary pupils. Exam courses can be taught on behalf of the pupil’s school, which would be the exam centre. The following subjects are available for any exams up to GCSE: English, maths, science (biology, chemistry and physics), geography, history, art and design, MFL (French, German, Mandarin, Urdu, Polish, Farsi, Italian). Academic shorter courses e.g., AQA Unit Awards can be taught if the school is registered for this. Teaching for pupils aged 3 - 19 learning English as an additional language. Teaching includes ESOL for post-16 students and teaching the curriculum with a strong language focus for EAL learners aged 3-16 who do not have a school place or need enhanced learning inside or outside of school. Improved engagement with learning Increase in independence. Teaching and support to promote reintegration to a mainstream school. Teaching and support for preparing for adulthood
