YES Mentoring is a service providing emotional, social, behavioural and educational one-to-one support to children and young people through a bespoke and holistic mentoring programme tailored to meet their individual needs. YES Mentoring aims to empower children and young people to make positive life choices that will help them reach their potential. By facilitating one to one mentoring relationships, providing a safe and nurturing environment, reflection and offering a listening ear and authentic relationship the mentoring will help children and young people develop their confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, realise their potential and achieve personal goals.
