Overview

Our experienced and trained mentors work closely with students to identify their individual needs and create personalised plans to support their individual growth. We have high expectations of staff ability and pay our staff for an additional hour each day to designate time to complete courses that relate to our young people. We employ evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviours, using methods from the ‘PACE’ parenting moduel, promoting positive alternatives and fostering a supportive learning environment for all students. Through targeted interventions and therapeutic techniques, we help students develop essential emotional regulation skills, empowering them to manage their emotions effectively and thrive in the classroom, supporting them back into mainstream school. Our unique approach integrates cooking work shops, bush craft, trade skills, lego therapy, special effects make up work shops and lots more into the curriculum, providing hands-on learning, our curriculum promotes teamwork, creativity, and practical life skills.
