Support when reintegrating into mainstream settings. Positive Behaviour Support. Preventative Outreach Support Access to therapeutic teams including SENDCO, Mentors and Mental Health Social Worker. Help for young people with specific SENDs. Individual, high-quality education with excellent holistic, pastoral support and meaningful, effective careers provision. The opportunity for every student to achieve at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Facilitation of GCSE learning. Beauty Therapy courses. Individual, high-quality education and support to help prevent exclusions. Preventing exclusions OUTREACH. 1:1 tutoring delivered by qualified staff with detailed reports assessing engagement, progress and the voice of the child. Assessments by our SENDCO, monitoring progress made towards outcomes and reports to the referring authority or referring organisation. Access to pastoral support from our Wellbeing Officer. Careers advice and support with next step applications. Behaviour management training package. Individual behaviour management CPD. Data and assessment support. Strategies to engage reluctant learners.
