The Dare2Dream Foundation empowers children and young people aged 5 to 25 to reach their full potential through a personalised, inclusive, and therapeutic 1:1 approach delivered by highly skilled practitioners. We support learners with SEMH and SEN needs by addressing emotional, social, behavioural and academic barriers through person-centred planning, using the Boxall Profile to assess and track development Our flexible curriculum supports re-engagement, transitions, and long-term personal growth, responding to readiness rather than age. Interventions take place across educational settings, community, home environments and Post 16 Hubs. We collaborate closely with educational settings and local authorities to align with SEND and inclusion priorities, reducing exclusions, promoting positive outcomes.
