Overview
Lot 3 - Ace Education Manchester is an alternative provision and mentoring service based in Manchester City Centre. Since March 2023, we have offered short-term placements to KS3 students with the aim of preparing them to re-integrate back into full-time mainstream education. A range of methods are used to support this re-integration. These include but are not limited to personalised behaviour mentoring, social and emotional skills assessments with internal baseline assessments to support the identification of additional needs, reflective practice and adaptive teaching delivered to small classes. Lot 4 – We offer part-time alternative provision to KS3 and KS4 across our three Manchester City Centre sites. Included with our alternative provision offer, all students access behaviour mentoring from qualified staff. Students learn in small class sizes across a range of subjects including English, Maths, PSHE, Sport, History and ICT. At KS4, students prepare for their English and Maths GCSEs as well as additional support with coursework sent from their mainstream school. KS4 students can access a range of qualifications with us. These include: • Entry Level to Level 2 English and Maths
